About Green Jacket Ventures

Principal-led real estate investing with institutional experience.

GJV was founded by David Milch in 2023. David has invested in industrial, life science, residential, office, and retail assets throughout the capital structure and across the United States. His experience includes direct and joint venture equity investments, high-yield debt origination, asset management, leasing strategy, and technology-enabled real estate advisory work.

Prior to Green Jacket Ventures, David was a senior acquisitions and capital markets professional at Taconic Partners, where he acquired over $1.5 billion of commercial real estate across multiple asset classes. Prior to Taconic Partners, he held senior acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management roles at Building and Land Technology.

David has transacted on over $4 billion of commercial real estate and has held positions at Jefferies, Houlihan Lokey, the Lefrak Organization, and Capital Trust. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
